NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT
OF PREMISES LICENSE UNDER
THE LICENSING ACT 2003.
Stefni Regan and Diana Pickering applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 13th September 2018 for a license to use the premises at R.P's 35 Westgate, Shipley, BD18 3QX for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 08.00 to 23.00 hours. Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 11th October 2018. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00-16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an appliaction which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
