PUBLIC FOOTPATH (EXTINGUISHMENT) ORDER 2018
The above Order made on 21st August 2018 under Section 118B of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish that part of Public Footpath No 65 (Ilkley) as shown by a continuous bold black line on plan no. 66666/T236/Order Plan annexed to this Order. It forms part of the Public Footpath No 65 (Ilkley) extending between points marked A and B on the Order map continuing in a north easterly direction for 184 metres and a surface of grass. A copy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at Customer Services, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and Ilkley Library, Station Road, Ilkley LS29 8HA during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the City Solicitor at the address given below or by email to legalobjections@ bradford.gov.uk quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/LD/401913 to be received no later than Friday 21st September 2018 . Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
