NORTH STREET SILSDEN KEIGHLEY

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 843) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable Northern Power Grid works proposed to be executed on or near North Street, Silsden intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of North Street, Silsden from its junction with Breakmoor Avenue to a point outside No. 55 North Street.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via North Street (unaffected section), A6034 Bolton Road, Pickard Lane and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect on 3rd September 2018 and remain in force until 11th September 2018 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
