Celtic have brutally trolled Rangers over their new collaboration with AC/DC.

The Ibrox club this morning revealed a brand new clothing range in association with Castore and the famous Australian rock band.

A description on the club's online shop reads: "A collection based on their first ever gig in Scotland in 1976, touring with their high voltage album (also first ever album).

"We cross-referenced key landmarks in Glasgow such as the sharp abstract lines of the art gallery alongside the voltage bar from their logo, also incorporating the movement of sound through the prints.

"Garment shapes are inspired by the 70s retro era."

The announcement was met with some confusion among Rangers supporters.

Now, arch Glasgow rivals Celtic have taken their opportunity to take a cheeky pop at the clothing.

In a tweet, the club took the timely opportunity to advertise their black and green away kit.

And their caption made it clear that it was no coincidence - referencing arguably AC/DC's most famous song.

The social media post reads: "Back In Black!

"The Celtic FC Away Kit is back in stock and available in-store and online now."

The thinly-veiled dig was accompanied by a lightning bolt emoji, only to further add fuel to the fire.

Hoops fans were certainly lapping up the banter in the comments.

One said: "Well done, love this."

Another added: "Quality patter."

A third said: "1-0 Celtic."

And another commented: "We see what you've done there."

Brothers Angul and Malcolm Young were originally from Cranhill in Glasgow.
