Joe Hart: The Celtic number one eaten all ends up by Ellis Simms' fantastic finish on the half-volley inside three minutes but he was a virtual spectator after that. Despite some Hearts pressure after the break, the defence in front of him stood firm and offered substantial protection before he was forced into a comfortable save from Liam Boyce. 7

Anthony Ralston: There is never any shortage in terms of application and effort for a player who has most certainly won the hearts and minds of the Celtic faithful this season - and he richly deserves the plaudits that will come his way. 7

Cameron Carter-Vickers: The centre-back could have been a touch tighter to Boyce in the lead up to Hearts goal but that is nit-picking. He will soon be celebrating his first call-up to the USA international side in three years as well as a domestic double in terms of silverware - but it is imperative that he stays at the club and signs a new deal. 8

Carl Starfelt: Starfelt was caught out of position and on the wrong side of Simms as he not only played the Hearts man onside bin but allowed himself to be rolled as the on-loan Everton striker hammered the ball home inside three minutes. That blip apart, though, the centre-back was solid all throughout the contest and has won over the many doubters and then some this campaign. 8

Greg Taylor: The left-back loves a gallop forward and is another player, like Ralston, who has managed to flip the opinion of the supporters. He set up Matt O'Riley for his goal to make it 3-1 and in general has knuckled down to produce some of his best career football under Ange Postecoglou. He will be another worthy recipient of a cherished league winners medal. 8

Callum McGregor: As the driving force and beating heart in the Celtic team once again, McGregor brilliantly teed up Kyogo early on and, although he could have been penalised for a foul in the build-up that led to the equaliser,t he did what all professionals should do and played to the whistle. The PFA Scotland player of the year has led by example the whole campaign and deserves to be a title-winning captain. 8

David Turnbull: The Scotland midfielder started for the first time since December 19 and cracked in a low effort that Craig Gordon expertly stopped on 11 minutes. The 'Bull' prompted and probed away in the midfield and was always looking to play the killer pass or manoeuvre himself into space for a shot at goal. He was full of creativity and imagination before coming off after 65 minutes. 7

Matt O'Riley: The Dane was given the nod over Tom Rogic once again and showed some lovely footwork at times allied with intricate passing. He saw a side-footed effort headed off the line by Stephen Kingsley and a header palmed away by Gordon when he ought to have scored. He also dug out a superbly dinked deep cross for Jota which led to Kyogo's goal that put Celtic in front before crashing a superb drive off the post. He got the goal his display merited on 68 minutes with a cool, guided finish. 8

Jota: The Portuguese winger was the provider with his clever run and use of Kyogo as a decoy to produce a cross that was gobbled up by Maeda. Moments later he rose to header deep cross to the back post that allowed Kyogo to bundle the ball over the line with his head. If Celtic can conclude a deal for Jota then it would represent a superb piece of business. 8

Daizen Maeda: Fizzed one across the face of goal early on that eluded any Celtic takers but his moment duly arrived in the 31st minute as he expertly slammed the ball through Gordon's legs for the equaliser. The buzz bomb takes up some brilliant positions that he just seems to ghost into and is a constant menace to defenders. 7

Kyogo Furuhahsi: He was having a quiet afternoon but exploded into life on 37 minutes when he bravely put his head in where it hurts to force the ball over the line to make it 2-1. That made it goal number 18 of what has been an incredible debut season in green and white, while elsewise he was warned for persistent fouling by referee Don Robertson and made way for Giorgos Giakoumakis with 25 minutes left. 7

Substitutes

Liel Abada: Arrived on the pitch for the workhorse that was Maeda and his direct running on the flank made a decent impact. He was denied by a fine save from the Hearts goalkeeper. 5

Giorgos Giakoumakis: Replaced Kyogo on 65 minutes and produced another outstanding one-touch finish to make it 4-1. 5

Reo Hatate: Came on for Turnbull after 65 minutes and had a few decent interceptions and dragged one wide of the target. 5

Tom Rogic: Given a 13-minute run-out for man-of-the-match O'Riley. 4

James Forrest: Replaced Jota for the final 10 minutes, forced a save from Gordon and set up Giakoumakis for his goal. 4
