TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS

PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.37/13/1 AND 10.71/6/1 HUTTON BONVILLE AND DANBY WISKE WITH LAZENBY ORDER 2017 NO 286

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

NOTICE is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along public footpath 10.37/13/1 and 10.71/6/1 Hutton Bonville and Danby Wiske with Lazenby in the district of Hambleton between grid reference SE35979975 and SE34419892 from 28 July 2017 until 7 January 2018 due to bridge replacement being undertaken. This Order has been continued in force for a further six months until 7 July 2018 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. The further continuation of the closure will be put into effect by notices and signs. An alternative route will be signed on site.
