ORDER 2017 NO 286
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using Public Footpaths 10.37/13/1 &10.71/6/1 Hutton Bonville and Danby Wiske with Lazenby, Hambleton between grid reference SE35979975 and SE34419892 in the District of Hambleton for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 28th July 2017 and 7th January 2018, due to bridge replacement being undertaken – the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. This closure follows an emergency closure which commenced on 7th July 2017.
