No Celtic players started for Scotland against Moldova on Saturday, which is a fairly unusual event.
A few years ago, former Celtic manager Gordon Strachan utilised Brendan Rodgers' players to turn Scotland's form around and nearly made the playoffs with Stuart Armstrong, Leigh Griffiths, Kieran Tierney, James Forrest and Scott Brown all involved.
This time, after James Forrest and Greg Taylor pulled out the squad, Callum McGregor and David Turnbull are left as the representatives, although Ryan Christie was called up as a Celtic player but was a Bournemouth player by the time the Denmark game kicked-off.
