The race to sign Celtic talent Rocco Vata is heating up as the latest Italian club registered their interest in the teenager.
Serie B side Como FC have officially approached the Scottish champions over the young attacker.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international's current deal at Celtic Park expires in the summer, so he is free to speak to any interested clubs.
It seems unlikely that Vata - son of Rudi - will sign a contract extension at the Hoops, so clubs could pick him up for a small development fee.
Bologna is also keen on signing the forward, however, it's believed that Como would offer him guaranteed first-team football.
Talks between Celtic, Vata and Como are expected to follow soon.
Serie A giants Atalanta also hold an interest in one of Celtic's top academy prospects, although their curiosity in a deal is understood to not be as strong as the aforementioned clubs.
It's believed the compensation figure that will be due as part of any deal to Celtic sits around a compensation figure worth €400,000.
Other Italian clubs including Inter Milan and Torino have scouted Vata in the past, so it seems to be the youngster's likely destination.

Meanwhile, Rapid Vienna winger Nicolas Kuhn is "undergoing a medical in London ahead of his move to Celtic".
This is according to Sky Sports who claim that the 24-year-old is "due to fly to Glasgow later this afternoon to finalise the deal".
Barring any last-minute hitches, Kuhn will become the club's first piece of transfer business this January.
It's believed the deal is worth a little under £3m and it is anticipated that the forward will sign a four-year contract at Parkhead.
The one-time Ajax and Bayern Munich player has three goals and seven assists to his name so far this campaign.
