CHRIS SUTTON has taken aim at Rangers over their referee complaints to the Scottish FA about Kevin Clancy.
The Celtic hero has stated "you couldn't make it up".
This afternoon we told you how Rangers highlighted various refereeing concerns to the SFA after their 1-1 draw with Aberdeen.
The Scottish champions have outlined eight incidents to Hampden chiefs regarding Clancy's decisions on Tuesday evening.
It's said that Rangers and SFA have held constructive talks about the issues raised.
Some of the points raised included the call to send off Ryan Kent, and an explanation as to why Lewis Ferguson wasn't instructed to retake his penalty.
Aberdeen manager Stephen Glass was also critical of the referee after the match with his side denied a penalty when Allan McGregor made contact with Ryan Hedges inside the area.
