THE Scottish FA are reviewing Callum Butcher's tackle on Celtic midfielder David Turnbull.
The Dundee United player could face another suspension following the foul in yesterday's 3-0 win for the Parkhead outfit.
The SFA's compliance officer, Andrew Phillips, is probing the tackle. They have until 3pm on Tuesday, December 7 to come to their verdict as to whether Butcher should face retrospective punishment.
Butcher, 30, caught the Scotland international high on his shin, with studs showing, as he attempted to win the ball around the half-way line at Tannadice. He was shown yellow for the challenge by Don Robertson.
We told you earlier how ex-Premier League referee Dermot Gallagher was certain it was a red card offence.
He said on Sky Sports News: "I don't think the referee has got the view we've got, because if he's got this view he will certainly red card.
"It's high, it's straight legged, studs, point of contact, it's everything.
"I mean Sue is wincing just looking at it. I don't need to say any more.
"Sue's reaction alone has told you that's got to be a red card."
