CHRIS SUTTON has claimed Celtic "got away with one" after Kyogo's controversial winner over Hearts.
The Japanese striker added the finishing touch to an Anthony Ralston cross at Parkhead but the goal sparked controversy and debate over whether he was offside.
And Celtic hero Sutton revealed his opinion that Kyogo appeared "marginally offside" when he hit the only goal.
He went on to share his sympathy with Hearts boss Robbie Neilson who had claimed his side were beaten by the officials rather than Celtic.
Speaking on BT Sport's Scottish Football Extra, Sutton said of Neilson's comments: "Look he's entitled to his opinion. I've got to say the goal Kyogo did look marginally offside, that's a fact.
"We can understand why they got that one wrong, no? It was very marginal wasn't it?
"If we're going to be honest, Celtic got away with one there it was tight, you look at the crossing angle and Kyogo, his movement was very, very good."
Sutton went on to explain he too would've been frustrated in Neilson's position after the narrow loss.
He continued: "That would've been frustration from Robbie Neilson. The truth of the game is Celtic dominated possession had the bulk of the game, had the chances, didn't put Hearts to bed albeit the goal was offside.
"I can understand Robbie Neilson and his frustration, we'd all be frustrated.
"But it's not the first time this season and not the first time we'll be mentioning refereeing decision on this show."
