Joe Hart: The Celtic goalkeeper did not have a single save to make in the whole opening period. He showed some slick skills with his feet on a couple of occasions in the opening 45 minutes. He was sent the wrong way from the spot by David Cancola from 12 yards for the opening goal. 7

Anthony Ralston: He was handed another domestic start at Josip Juranovi's expense and many in the Celtic faithful would argue that it is fully deserved. He displayed some deft touches at times and he always tried to gallop forward and get to the dead-ball line. He was the victim of a two-handed push in the box but made the most of it and no penalty was awarded. 7

Cameron Carter-Vickers: "To represent your country at a World Cup is a dream." Cameron Carter-Vickers's star and stripes have been on the rise since he checked into Glasgow and it is understandable why he has booked a seat on the plane to Qatar for the USA. The central defender continues to live the dream with his club and the stand-in skipper was flawless once again. He scored his first goal for Celtic against the same opposition on his debut and surprised Ross County goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw when he strolled forward and hammered in a long-range effort which was spilt but sadly there were no takers for the rebound. He lashed another one wildly over the crossbar after the restart. 8

Moritz Jenz: The central defender went down after 30 minutes due to an unfortunate clash of heads with Jordan Tillson and the referee should have stopped play immediately but he didn't. The German did not look comfortable at all after the collision and he made way for Carl Starfelt in the 38th minute. 4

Alexandro Bernabei: The Argentine was reinstated into the starting eleven after being the victim of some rough justice against Dundee United last week when he was harshly penalised for handball and yellow carded. He made an early forceful run which brought about a corner. He constantly drove his team forward and tried to create openings and showed up well. 7

Matt O'Riley: Dispossessed Victor Loturi brilliantly in the opening exchanges and was ridiculously judged to have fouled him as Kyogo was about to run in on goal. It was a terrible and shocking decision. He continually pressed high and sent Kyogo scampering in on Laidlaw with a wonderful pass but the striker's end product let him down for once. The Danish under-21 midfielder slithered a first-half shot wide of the post. Penalised for handball which handed David Cincola an opportunity from the spot which he duly took. He possesses a wonderful eye for a pass. 8

Reo Hatate: Like O'Riley pressed high and hard and got a lot of joy. He is a highly gifted midfield technician and pulled one out of the air with an exquisite first touch at one stage which received a warm round of applause. He provided the assist for Turnbull's goal as he kept his cool in a crowded penalty area to brilliantly pick out his fellow midfielder. In flashes, he was absolutely inspirational and outstanding and even did a defensive shift. It was also his clever 1-2 that set up Sead Haksabanovic for the goal to make it 2-1 to the Hoops. 9

Celtic Way:

David Turnbull: "We’ve not looked at the table too much, in fact, I don’t think we’ll look at it all until the end of the season, that’s when it matters." The Scotland midfielder uttered those words after the midweek 2-1 win over Motherwell and he was rewarded for his exquisite pass that led to Daizen Maeda's winner with a start against the Staggies. He curled in an effort that was saved by Laidlaw before producing a cool finish with his left foot to score a vital equaliser when his team needed it most. 7

Daizen Maeda: What a week the Japanese hitman has just had after securing his World Cup slot and scoring the winner for Celtic against Motherwell. His manager kept faith in him and let him loose on the Staggies. He did his defensive chores well but once again ruined the best opportunities when he was out wide and couldn't find an end product. 6

Kyogo Furuhashi: For a striker who is reputedly not firing on all cylinders he still has a one-in-two ratio of goals for his club this season with 11 goals in all competitions. He glanced in a cracking early front post header but it landed on the roof of the net. He ought to have burst the net when he was put clean through by O'Riley and he uncharacteristically screwed his attempt wide of the target. 6

Sead Haksabanovic: He is fast becoming the new Celtic fans' favourite. He was deployed on the left wing and his first cross into the danger area saw Kyogo head inches over the top. He swapped wings with Maeda at will and fired over some decent deliveries from both flanks. He copped a booking for an innocuous incident with Ross County's Callum Johnson. Despite not having his best game the Montenegrin notched his third goal for the club to crucially put them 2-1 ahead with a superb controlled cushioned finish. after getting the ball quickly out of his feet. 7

Substitutes

Carl Starfelt (Jenz 38): The manager made an enforced substitution at 38 minutes when Jenz failed to recover from a head knock and the Swede slotted in beside sparring partner Carter-Vickers. He was never under any real pressure and strolled through the contest. 7

Jota (Maeda 69): The Portuguese winger came on for Qatar-bound Maeda with just over 20 minutes to go and he jinked his way down the left wing. 4

Giorgos Giakoumakis (Kyogo 69): Replaced the out-of-sorts Kyogi for a quarter of the contest and missed a chance as he saw an effort deflected wide. 4

Liel Abada (Haksabanovic 69): Handed a 21-minute cameo as the manager opted to substitute all three attackers at the same time. 4

Greg Taylor (Bernabei 86): Scotland star was given the last few minutes in place of Bernabei.

Substitutes not used: Benjamin Siegrist, Aaron Mooy, Jota, Oliver Abildgaard, James Forrest.
