He was christened 'The Bull' by Celtic boss Ange Posgtecoglou.

David Turnbull endured a mixed bag for Celtic last season but he did play his part in helping the club clinch the Scottish Premiership and League Cup double.

Turnbull notched a respectable 10 goals and six assists for the Aussie's side.

What next for Scotland midfielder Turnbull?

With Tom Rogic and Nir Bitton having already departed the scene can the former Motherwell star cement a regular first-team starting slot in Postecoglou's team this season?

Elsewhere former Ross Couty and Falkirk midfielder Davis Keillor-Dunn have been extolling the virtues of Harry Kewell.

Keillor Dunn enjoyed a spell with the Celtic-linked first-team coach whilst the Aussie was the boss at Oldham Athletic.

What qualities will Kewell bring to the Celtic backroom staff?

Meanwhile Celtic have announced that they will take on Legia Warsaw in Poland on Wednesday, July 20 as part of their pre-season schedule.

It is a tribute friendly to honour Artur Boruc who was affectionately christened the Holy Goalie by the Celtic faithful.

Boruc is being rewarded by Legia for eight years of service and the keeper also had a successful period at Parkhead.

The former no.1 spent five years in Glasgow with Celtic and won three League titles, one Scottish Cup and two League cups.
