CELTIC head to Tannadice with one thing on their mind against Dundee United: securing the point that will finally clinch the 2021-22 Scottish Premiership title.

The Hoops were at their irrepressible best on Saturday after a nervy opening 10 minutes during the 4-1 league win over Hearts at Parkhead.

They will finally get to wrap green and white ribbons around the Scottish Premiership trophy and cap an astonishing and remarkable achievement for Ange Postecoglou in his first season at the helm if they pick up at least a point.

But who will start the game? Does the Celtic manager stick with the same XI who took to the field against the Jambos or is a bit of rotation in order? Our writers take a guess...

Ange Postecoglou will certainly not entertain playing for a draw that's for sure. If it ain't broke and all that. With that in mind, I believe it will be a case of the status quo for the Aussie in terms of his team selection.

In the absence of Josip Juranovic, Anthony Ralston will deputise with the rest of the defence staying as-is.

The midfield trio of Callum McGregor, David Turnbull and Matt O'Riley did more than enough against Hearts to cement their places. Tom Rogic and Reo Hatate did play well when they entered the fray at the weekend against the men in maroon but they will have to settle for a support role once again.

There may well be a temptation to start Nir Bitton if social media is to be believed and he is winding down his Celtic career. He'll get to take his bow against Motherwell if that truly is the case.

The front triumvirate of Jota, Daizen Maeda and Kyogo Furuhashi are all functioning well and should get the nod to add to their respective goal tallies on Tayside. However, Giorgos Giakoumakis is champing at the bit to start following another one-touch finish and has surely given Postecoglou some food for thought.

Tony's Team: Hart; Ralston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor; McGregor, Turnbull, O'Riley; Jota, Kyogo, Maeda

I'd really like to disagree with Tony's team for the sake of debate - but I don't. After the slow start, the starting XI against Hearts clicked into gear so well that barring injuries there's surely no reason Ange Postecoglou will change it.

The manager ruled out Josip Juranovic - saying he has a half-chance for Motherwell on Saturday - so there's still very little to discuss with regards the defence and keeper.

In midfield, Callum McGregor was his usual superb self against eh Jambos, Matt O'Riley's performance was a tour de force and David Turnbull was good enough to retain his spot so the likes of Reo Hatate and Tom Rogic will probably need to impact the game from the bench again.

Up front, well, Jota laid on two goals at the weekend while Daizen Maeda and Kyogo Furuhashi both chipped in with one apiece. Even considering Giorgos Giakoumakis came on and added a fine finish of his own - and that he would suit playing this United side at Tannadice - do you really alter it in the title-clincher? My guess is no.

Sean's team: Hart; Ralston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor; McGregor, Turnbull, O'Riley; Jota, Giakoumakis, Maeda
