Nottingham Forest have made a £14m transfer bid for Arne Engels.
According to Sky Sports the Premier League club have made their move to try and land the key Celtic player just hours before deadline day.
The transfer window shuts on Monday, February 2.

On Sunday it was reported that Forest made a formal bid of £14m for Engels, who was signed for £11m from Augsburg in the summer of 2024.
Engels still has two-and-a-half years left on his contract at Celtic, having penned a four-year deal when he arrived in Glasgow.
There had been interest in Engels from Germany during the window.
Engels played in Sunday's win over Falkirk in the Scottish Premiership.
