Brendan Rodgers urged Jota to get involved in Celtic's title celebrations after he was withdrawn through injury in their 5-0 win over Dundee United on Saturday.
The winger came off on 35 minutes, holding his knee. He was later seen in a brace and using crutches.

That didn't prevent him from getting involved post-match, however, as Celtic wrapped up the league championship with an emphatic 5-0 win.
Indeed, although Jota was initially reluctant because of his injury, Brendan Rodgers urged him to join his teammates:

Post-match, an update was provided on the condition of the 26-year-old: "He just felt his knee with the medical guys," said Rodgers.
"We're looking at whether his meniscus is a little bit sore. We'll just have to assess that. Of course, they put it in the brace to protect it, but we'll see in the next couple of days."
Celtic return to action next Sunday when they travel to face Rangers for the final Glasgow derby of the season at Ibrox.
Rodgers' men haven't defeated their city rivals in 90 minutes since September last year: "It's so important [to win next weekend], said the Celtic manager.
"Rangers were very good in the first half when we played them at Celtic Park.
"We were too slow. The comfort in the game was not good. In the second half, we were much better. Celtic vs Rangers, no matter what it is, Rangers Celtic, it means everything.
"So we need to go and perform next week again. But we can get those messages through during the week."
