New signing Nicolas Kuhn insists it is "every player's dream" to feature at a stadium like Celtic Park after seeing it for the first time.

The winger, 24, has arrived from Rapid Vienna, the deal, which was agreed over the weekend, is believed to be worth around £3m.

Brendan Rodgers quickly identified the ex-Ajax and Bayern Munich youngster as a top target this January.

And the German has now become the Scottish champions' first signing of the winter window.

And Celtic TV followed the forward as he arrived in Glasgow and put pen to paper on a five and-a-year deal.

He said: "I feel great that I’m finally here and I can’t wait. Celtic is one of the biggest clubs around and I’m really happy to be here.

“I am really motivated to do well for this great club and I want to get working immediately as we face our challenges in the League and the Cup this year, so I’m really excited for what’s coming.

"I have heard a lot about the club, I have seen a couple of games already and and we also had a friendly game against Celtic [Rapid Vienna].

"The atmosphere is unbelievable. [Winning silverware] is a lot of motivation for me and I am excited for what is coming.

"In the end it is all about that [winning medals], you want to win every game and win trophies.

"I am really excited [for European nights] and cannot wait for those nights. I am happy to be here and can't wait."

Kuhn, who can play off either wing or in behind the striker, will wear the number 10 at Parkhead.

And he opened up on the importance of dressing room culture. "It is great to be with the boys and it is not long in here before you then go out into that atmosphere," he added.

"I am looking forward to meeting the guys. The stadium is unbelievable and I cannot wait to play.

This is what every footballer is dreaming of."
