Tottenham have confirmed the departure of three first-team players.

It's the first major player decision since Ange Posetcoglou's arrival as manager.

The club confirmed Arnaut Danjuma and Clement Lenglet will leave the club at the end of their loan spells in North London.

And Lucas Moura will also depart the club with his exit previously announced by Spurs.

An update on the club website read: "We can confirm the departures of Arnaut Danjuma and Clement Lenglet following the conclusion of their loan spells with us.

"Defender Clement joined us last summer from Barcelona and made 35 appearances in all competitions, scoring once.

"Forward Arnaut arrived in January from Villarreal CF and played 12 times for us, scoring twice.

"As previously announced, Lucas Moura also departs the Club this summer following the conclusion of his contract.

"In total, the forward made 221 appearances for us, scoring 39 goals including that unforgettable hat-trick away to Ajax which secured our place in the UEFA Champions League Final in 2019.

"We thank all three players for their service and wish them well for the future."

And Spurs also announced the departure of six development squad players as well as three under-18 players who will leave on the conclusion of their scholarships.

The club player update added: "We can also confirm the departures of Development Squad players Jamie Bowden, Kallum Cesay, Malachi Fagan-Walcott, Roshaun Mathurin, Marqes Muir and Romaine Mundle following the conclusion of their contracts.

"Under-18s players Thomas Bloxham, Brandon Bryan-Waugh and Riley Owen have also departed following the conclusion of their scholarships.

"We wish them all the best in the next stage of their careers."

It comes as reports claim Chris Davies could be appointed assistant to Postecoglou at Spurs.

Celtic assistant John Kennedy had been a target for Postecoglou to bring to Spurs, but the reported imminent arrival of Brendan Rodgers at Celtic could mean the coach will remain at Parkhead.
