In other news, EA Sports have unveiled their Rest of World Team of the Season cards For FIFA 23 which includes Celtic winger Jota.

The Portugal winger, who had a stellar season for the Glasgow side last season following his move from Benfica, has been awarded a 95-rated card, the highest in this collection of players.

For his upgraded statistics in the game, Jota has been awarded 99 pace, which is the highest possible, along with 98 dribbling and 92 passing. His 90 rating for shooting makes him a desirable card to obtain for FIFA players, who can control him down the right-wing in-game.

Following EA Sports' announcement yesterday, Celtic put out their own tweet regarding Jota's inclusion in the team, saying that: "Jota leads the way in the Rest of World Team of the Season!"

Jota made 43 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring 15 goals and assisting a further 12 times in what was an impressive second season at the club. His chipped effort against Rangers in September earned him Sky Sports' Goal of the Season, in what was an emphatic 4-0 win over Rangers in the Glasgow Derby.
