Celtic defender Moritz Jenz left the field of play with an apparent head knock after a collision with Ross County player Jordan Tillson.
The German was replaced by Carl Starfelt 38 minutes in after originally trying to continue.
He ended up sitting down in the centre circle before being forced off with the club physios at his side.
It is an injury blow for Ange Postecoglou's side, as the on-loan centre-back has played a lot of football this season.
