Former England international Trevor Sinclair reckons Celtic possess the X-factor in this season's title race: manager Ange Postecoglou.
The 56-year-old took the reins at Parkhead last season and immediately won a league and League Cup double in what was intended to be a year of rebuilding.
His charismatic nature and attractive brand of football has endeared him to the fans and pundits alike - with Sinclair saying it is actually he, rather than any individual player, who will provide the X-factor for a second title in succession.
"Ange Postecoglou came in and done superbly well," Sinclair said on TalkSPORT. "I think they've recruited really well again and they're in the Champions League, guaranteed £40million.
"They'll continue to buy and recruit well, they'll never stop... every player has made a massive impact.
"And I just look at the top men. Giovanni is new to the job and he nearly did a fantastic job in the Europa League.
"But I look at Ange Postecoglou... there's the winner. I think he's a leader of men."
