Iconic rock band, Guns N’ Roses, will finally be arriving to play their long-awaited Glasgow concert next week.

The event, which was originally scheduled for 2020, was one of many postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The show will now take place on Tuesday, July 5 in Glasgow Green, days before TRNSMT festival kicks off.

According to Ticketmaster, gates will open at 4:30pm.

What is the age limit for Guns N’ Roses at Glasgow Green?

No one under the age of 5 years old will be permitted into this concert.

Anyone aged between 5 and 15 must also be accompanied by an adult 21 or over (1 adult minimum per 4 persons aged between 5-15 years old).

Guns N’ Roses will be supported by Gary Clark Jr and Phil Campbell and the B****** Sons.

What items are banned from Guns N’ Roses at Glasgow Green?

According to Gigs In Scotland, you cannot bring chairs, professional cameras, glass or metal bottles, selfie sticks or umbrellas.

Bags are permitted, but you are urged only to bring one if it is really necessary. If it is, your bag must be smaller than an A4 piece of paper and be prepared for delays for bag searches.

How do you get to Glasgow Green for Guns N’ Roses?

Glasgow Green is very easily accessible from Glasgow city centre.

By foot, it is best accessed by Charlotte Street or Greendyke Street.

The nearest subway stations are St Enoch Centre, Buchannan St and Bridge Street. All are around a 15-minute walk.

For trains, the best stations are Queen Street, Central Station and Argyle Street.

First Bus services: 2,18,60,61,64,240,255 and 263 also all stop within a five-minute walking distance to Glasgow Green.

Taxis can drop off nearby and are around a five-minute drive from the city centre.
