CELTIC are set to tie up the signing of Alexandro Bernabei within the next 48-hours, according to a report.
The left back, 21, travelled to Glasgow on Friday after saying farewell to his Lanus teammates earlier this week.
The defender is expected to cost the Hoops just under £4million.
And the Scottish Sun say that the formalities of the deal will be completed over the weekend, as Ange Postecoglou adds competition for Greg Taylor.
Excitingly for Celtic fans, the report also claims that Jota is poised to be announced in the coming days.
The attacker, who was on loan from Benfica last term, will convert his move to a permanent deal early next week in a deal worth £6.5million.
Both players should then be able to join Celtic's pre-season training base in Austria, as they're put through their paces ahead of the new campaign along with the rest of their teammates.
