ANDY ROBERTSON has admitted it would fulfil a childhood dream to play on a Champions League night at Celtic Park.
The Scotland captain grew up wishing he'd be playing for Celtic on the European stage.
And while he's flying-high at Liverpool now, Robertson would love the chance to play against his boyhood club in European competition.
Celtic earned automatic qualification to the Champions League group stage after winning the Scottish Premiership title.
And it means a group alongside Liverpool - who are in the Champions League final this term - is a possibility.
For Robertson, it'd be a thrill to head back to Glasgow to play at Parkhead on Champions League duty, but he'd be equally excited about his team-mates experiencing the atmosphere.
Speaking to the BBC, Robertson said: "Well look, as a young boy my dream was to play Champions League football at Celtic Park.
“I wanted to be in a green and white jersey, now obviously being at such a massive club like Liverpool then I think I would enjoy it.
“Obviously, I’ve been there as a fan, done ball boy games for Celtic in the Champions League. The atmosphere is incredible, very similar to Anfield.
“I’d love the rest of them to experience it as well.
“Obviously, that’s not until next season but if we did get them then it would be an occasion I would look forward to.”
