CELTIC youngster Adam Montgomery is closing in on a loan move to Kilmarnock for the second half of the season, according to reports.
The 19-year-old has featured sporadically for Ange Postecoglou this term, filling in at left-back and at left wing as and when required.
The Scotland Under-21 internationalist has 18 first-team appearances to his name this term but is set to aid Kilmarnock's push for promotion, report the Daily Record.
The Parkhead club have given the academy product the 'green light' to move to Rugby Park, while clubs from the second and third tiers of England have been credited with an interest.
The Record add that Celtic's preference is for Montgomery to remain in Scotland.
