ANGE Postecoglou has revealed Celtic will remain "alert and agile" in the January transfer window.

The Parkhead boss has already revealed his delight at conducting early business this month but insists "there could be some things that happen".

Postecoglou moved quickly to secure Japanese trio Daizen Maeda, Reo Hatate and Yosuke Ideguchi right as the window opened in the New Year.

He also brought in young striker Johnny Kelly and attacking midfielder Matt O'Riley this month.

Postecoglou hailed the business this month as he admitted the planning has "gone to schedule" as he turns his attention to loan deals for young Celtic players.

The Celtic boss has shifted his focus to finding development loans for a number of youngsters at the club, but insisted he'll remain active for the first-team if he needs ot be.

He told Celtic TV: "We will stay alert and agile, there still could be some things that happen.

"We're still looking at loans for a couple of our younger players so I'm sure there'll still be some activity between now and the end - what sort of activity that is, we'll just see how it all develops.

"From our perspective, our planning has gone to schedule so far and hopefully that continues to the end of the window."
