Joe Hart: The former Manchester City and England No.1 was thrown straight into the mix for his Celtic European debut. Hart's handling was decent and he was constantly shouting and encouraging his back four. However, he was left in no man's land when Pilar slammed home after Bitton and Starfelt failed to protect him. His positioning was called into question again for the second goal. 6

Anthony Ralston: The youngster was given the chance to further impress his bosses after two fine displays against the Danes and Hearts. He teed up Turnbull for a free shot that the midfielder should have buried on seven minutes. The full-back clearly knows his position is under threat and allowed Pilar to drift off him for Jablonec's goal. He does seem determined to show the manager that he should keep hold of the shirt. 6

Nir Bitton: The Israeli international defender returned from suspension and was surprisingly restored to the starting lineup at the expense of Stephen Welsh. He showed his good side when his terrific through ball set up Furuhashi for the second goal. He then suffered a major lapse in concentration when he was caught out with a simple ball over the top which allowed Pilar to reduce the arrears and hooked into his own net with five minutes to go. 5

Carl Starfelt: The Swedish centre-back was handed his second successive start. He blocked a goalbound effort just before the break when he expertly threw himself in front of the ball. However, he was sloppy in possession a couple of times and is still getting up to speed with Ange's style of play as well as getting to know his new teammates. His positional sense could also have been better for Pilar's strike and he dived in naively for the second goal. 5

Greg Taylor: The Scotland full-back managed to get to the dead-ball line and pulled a dangerous cross back for Abada to convert the first goal. He seems to have adapted to the inverted full-back role and always looked to tuck in. He picked up lots of possession in the middle of the park. Was booked for a lunge in 55 minutes after failing to play out from the back. 6

Ismalia Soro: Patrolled the midfield with ease and was his usual combative self. He kept things tidy and simple and tried to pick out McGregor and Turnbull whenever he received possession. The Ivorian was also unlucky to incur the wrath of the officials when he looked to have won the ball cleanly in a couple of challenges. 7

Callum McGregor: The skipper tried to cajole and inspire his men all evening and was always on the front foot. He dragged an effort inches wide in 24 minutes. He possesses a keen eye for a pass and he certainly has willing runners to hit in Furuhashi, Forrest and Abada. He is still a real, calming and steadying influence on the side and a lot of the forward play still flows through him. 7

David Turnbull: The midfielder spurned a golden opportunity inside seven minutes when he stubbed the ball into the turf with his sidefoot when it looked easier to score. The ex-Motherwell man fired another effort wide of the target after 39 minutes but he has looked out of sorts in the engine room of late and will need to step up his levels if he is to be a mainstay of Ange's side. 5

Liel Abada: The 19-year-old winger was a real livewire and fired Celtic in front when he showed quick reactions to follow up his own effort to slam home the opener after 12 minutes for his second goal in a Celtic jersey. He peppered the Jablonec goal with efforts in the first 45 minutes and his deflected cross hit the post in the second 45. His pace and willingness to take on his man at every opportunity will be a huge attacking asset for Celtic this season and he will create and score goals. 8

James Forrest: He was employed in an unusual role on the left-wing and he helped stretch the game whenever he could. He still carries a potent threat in the final third whenever he's in the mood. Forrest has added game intelligence to his armoury and he showed why he was such a huge loss last season. He was also involved in the move that led to Abada's goal before slamming home his 13th European goal when Celtic needed it most. 8

Kyogo Furuhashi: The Japanese star made his first full competitive start for Celtic and justified his selection at the expense of Frenchman Odsonne Edouard. His sumptuous first touch followed by an exquisite one-touch clinical finish was a real moment of class. The forward linked up the play extremely well and his movement up top and his runs off the ball were superb and he missed a total sitter at the start of the second half when he blazed over from two yards out. 8

Tom Rogic: Came on for Ababa on 65 minutes as Ange made a triple switch and the Aussie helped see the game out. 3

Odsonne Edouard: Unsurprisingly axed by Ange for Furuhashi and made his into the fray on 65 minutes but did not contribute much. 3

Ryan Christie: Replaced the ineffective David Turnbull after 65 minutes and restored the two-goal lead with a fabulous header from Forrest's cross in injury-time. 5
