Everything Ange Postecoglou had to say to Sky Sports after Celtic's game against Hearts...

How do you assess that in the end?

It was a cracking game and (I'm) really pleased and very proud of the players. We had a bit of a challenge tonight. It's not an easy place to come but I thought we played well and got our goals then had to defend a bit at the end but I'm really proud of them.

Did you have to show both sides of your game then?

I think you always do when you come away from home, particularly against a team that's doing well. We could've finished the game off earlier - we had some good chances. Once they got their goal the crowd got behind them but I still think we handled it really well.

Was there frustration with the goal, it might have been offside and Hearts were complaining that your second goal might've been offside as well?

Mate, I dunno. They love talking about decisions here, don't they? I like analysing the game of football. 'Theirs is offside', 'ours is offside' - mate, it doesn't matter. All I see is that we've played really well, created a lot of opportunities and Craig Gordon had a few saves to make. We just should've finished it off earlier.

Reo Hatate and Matt O'Riley had big influence on the game - is that pleasing that this is just the beginning of their Celtic journey?

Yeah, super pleasing. You've got to keep it in context. Matt only came in a few days ago. I thought he was outstanding. Reo's had 70 minutes of football in the last month. It's brilliant. We had a challenge tonight, for sure. Everyone knows how many players we have got missing. It's significant absences and the guys out there tonight who had to step up and they did.

It was good to see Giorgos Giakoumakis getting a goal... is he going to have to take on that burden?

There's no burden when you're scoring goals, mate. He relishes that opportunity. I don't think he sees it as a burden. He had a real rough start to his Celtic career but we were patient and he's worked hard to get in this position. He took his goal well, he was great.
