That was an exciting night of Europa League action what were your thoughts on the match?
It always is when we play in Europe and there seems to be a lot of goals for and against and we are disappointed in the goals we conceded but we are delighted to get the win against a really strong team and that is a good boost for us.
You got off to a perfect start and that was your first goal in Europe from a corner kick and it is something we perhaps don't exploit enough but you made sure didn't you?
There is no better feeling than scoring on a European night at Celtic Park and I can't really describe it as it is an unbelievable feeling. I thought the boys dug in and we were really tough despite being a bit leggy towards the end. They are a top side with some great players but we dug it out and the mentality is good in the squad so it is a real boost of confidence for us.

You were one of the more senior members in the starting eleven and how did you feel the rest of the guys got on?
They were unbelievable as it is a tough game to come into as Real Betis at home in the Europa League but the boys that came in for their debuts put in some excellent performances and we need that as we have a good squad of players with quality in-depth and that will be a good thing for us moving forward as we have a busy month coming up.
