On this date 20 years ago, Celtic held a ceremony announcing the club's greatest-ever XI.

The players chosen were as follows: Ronnie Simpson; Danny McGrain, Billy McNeill, Tommy Gemmell; Bobby Murdoch, Bertie Auld, Paul McStay; Jimmy Johnstone, Kenny Dalglish, Henrik Larsson Bobby Lennox.

Alongside the team were individual and match awards. These were: greatest ever player – Jimmy Johnstone; greatest ever Celt – Jock Stein; greatest ever captain – Billy McNeill; greatest ever foreigner – Henrik Larsson; best ever derby goal – Murdo MacLeod goal in the 4-2 '10 Men Won the League' game in 1979; greatest ever derby game – 7-1 League Cup final in 1957.

In this special episode of the Celtic Briefing, Sean and Tony are joined by renowned journalist Kevin McKenna to revisit the greatest-ever XI on the 20th anniversary of its announcement.
