Disposal of land comprising public open space
Notice is hereby given that Hambleton District Council intends to dispose of areas of land comprising public open space at the following locations;
Land off Winton Road, Thorntree Road, South View, Turker Lane, Ashlands Close, Bankhead Close and Knotto Bottom Lane Northallerton It is intended that the areas of land will be disposed of to Northallerton Town Council.
Objections to the proposed disposals must be made in writing addressed to; Dr. Justin Ives, Chief Executive, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton DL6 2UU by no later than 10th December 2021
