Ross County team captain Jack Baldwin says the Highlanders will welcome the 'great test' champions Celtic will bring to Dingwall on Saturday.
The Staggies host Ange Postecoglou's men in the second Premiership match of the season with away fans expected to travel en masse despite County's repeated warnings they will not be allowed in any of the home sections.
Englishman Baldwin reckons the make-up of the crowd will make virtually no matter though - as competing against the likes of Celtic is precisely why so many players want to join an SPFL side.
"They will bring their fans up but we are at home so we will give it a go," he told The Inverness Courier.
"For us as a group of players, it is why we come to Scotland to play these big games. It will be a great test and hopefully we will get something from it."
County lost their opening match of the campaign against Hearts but Baldwin says there were plenty of positives in the 2-1 loss that they can take into their meeting with the champions.
He added: "Ultimately we conceded two avoidable goals and we will be frustrated when we look back at the debrief.
"We hit the woodwork a few times and had great chances, but games are won and lost in both boxes.
"It [Celtic] is a good one to bounce back with. It is another tough test."
